I just got the canvas order in from one of my favorite clients, Liz and Nick! And of course, I wanted to show off the picture that they chose for their 16×20 – it’s the PERFECT picture choice.

I’m excited to introduce my new album option – the Iris book. It features a gorgeous blind-stamped linen cover with full-page images (up to 100 pages/images per book). This is perfect for the couple who wants a fine art option but not the Couture price; it’s sleek and romantic in contrast to Kiss’ heft and volume. I will hopefully be receiving a matching book case soon to show off as well to check out the best way to keep the Iris protected.
(If you see any weird lines across the covers of the book, it’s just because of the short depth of field used to photograph it!)

t’s a gorgeous book and I love it! This album does take longer to print and ship than the Kiss or the coffeetable albums, but it’s worth the wait. You definitely save design time with this book, since you’re just choosing the order of the images and not the design of each spread!
Megan and Ciara are amazing parents. They love their kids so much, it’s incredible. I’ve loved working with them since their wedding in 2007, and I’ve been fortunate enough to work with them each year since! This year’s holiday portraits were a treat – we worked in my favorite garden in Old Town Alexandria VA!
Brad and I had a great time shooting Sara and Jeffrey’s wedding this October. The weather didn’t cooperate with their outdoor ceremony plans, but everyone cozied up inside for a nice intimate wedding!
I had the pleasure of meeting Anya and Dorin about a year ago, when we photographed Dorin’s newborn photos! This little guy is growing up fast :)
Ira and Patricia found out about me through So You’re EnGAYged’s PRIDE booth! We had a great time photographing their engagement session in Old Town, where the leaves just turned a gorgeous orange and the air was still warm enough that we could run around without jackets :)

WHAT A SWEETHEART. I’ve known Kendra for almost a year – we used to work together! When she asked me to take photos of her, her boyfriend and their dog, I nearly jumped for joy. What a great family this is!
